Avis : (jaune d'oeuf bien hazy, nez bergamote-poivré, bouche onctuo-moussue, très portée sur le simcoe très frais (et pourtant, mon exemplaire est 'périmé' depuis 3 mois (j'avais dit au vendeur hollandais que c'était pas grave (je voulais absolument la goûter - et bien m'en a pris, même si j'ai pas eu de ristourne (héhé)))), il y a une belle harmonie entre un malt assez généreux et un houblonnage très expressif, c'est un peu juteux, mais plutôt dans un sens smoothie sans laitage, ça reste très aéré, la finale est costaude (pour une p'tite), la longueur assèche drôlement, belle bière charnue-light avec du houblon (hand selected) vraiment délivré à son paroxysme de végétal-fraîcheur)
