Avis : ((batch #3 de janvier 2020) jolie robe rosée ~sanguine (pamplemousse dark), nez wildien sur le cassis et la cerise (certes !), bouche mince, avec la bonne touche sauvage (légèrement faiblarde), le fruit remonte doucement (mais légèrement faiblard aussi), début de longueur boisé, puis agrumé (citron), puis plus grand-chose (deux caudélies, au max), plaisante mais frustrante, on sent qu'elle a été amoureusement préparée, mais (comme d'hab') c'est un métier (et sur ce genre-là, peut-être davantage), et encore une fois, je fais le difficile, parce qu'elle est plus qu'honorable... et produite avec des fruits locaux et bio... et ils ont envie de faire des wild... ce qui est courageux - et honorifique...)

Description :  Gloed - Barrel-aged wild ale with local cherries and blackcurrants.Gloed refers to the bright red colour of this beer, which is the colour of blushing cheeks, the sunset, or hot coal in a campfire. Gloed is connected to joy and passion, all things that are beautiful and add glow to our lives. Gloed is a fruity and mildly tart beer, light and sessionable, with predominantly blackcurrant in the nose. It was aged on oak barrels for 14 months, after which it spent another 5 months on the whole fruit. The finish is subtle with light notes of vanilla and spices. An elegant, sunny beer that deserves to be enjoyed at a quiet pace.
