Avis : (orange-abricot blanchâtre ~opaque, nez joliment finaud sur de l'orange/mandarine, bouche joliment finaude, ample et ~onctueuse, sur des résineux profonds et subtiles, de la mandarine piquante, old school mais charnue et aérienne, du citron, des aiguilles de pin, de l'ananas, du pamplemousse, joliment expressive, sans fausse note apparente, la longueur est green-hop-torride, ça fait du bien pour un lundi après changement à l'heure d'hiver (il est 20h normalement, ce qui fait tard, n'est-ce pas ?), North s'en sort toujours très bien sur les thèmes bien houblonnés... agréable brasserie, franchement... et ici, le 8,5 n'est pas loin-loin...)

Description :  Prepare for a clash of the titans! Split Moon is an 8% Double India Pale Ale swinging huge hop punches! We're throwing it back to the old school by featuring heavyweight champions Mosaic, Denali, Comet + Australian Vic Secret. Extra Pale Malt, Oats and Wheat provide a weighty arena for these titans to hustle. Mosaic bringing its title dank pineapple punches, Denali mimicking its tactics with extra cuts of pine, Comet enters the ring with huge swings of zesty pink grapefruit while Vic Secret makes sharp passion fruit jabs.
