Description : Well, what else would a Colorado native have in his beer fridge? Jason’s second liquid response to the beery challenge laid down by James is the ultimate US style. If you love C-hops, this one is for you. Columbus, Centennial, Citra, Chinook, Comet and (honorary C-hop) Simcoe sing from the glass with enormous resin, pine, citrus zest, cut grass and a juicy baseline from Vermont yeast. Brewed with Pale and Crystal malt and at 8.0% ABV this is as American as the 4th of July.“Well I am American,” says Jason. “Our number one selling beer is an IPA so it seemed like the natural fit. This beer is my take on the classic with a simple yet clean malt base, enough bitterness to appease the taste buds without wrecking them and a hop profile that is loaded with grapefruit, citrus zest and slightly floral aromas. Think Pliny the Elder meets Punk IPA.”Sold.
