Avis : (mangue-abricot opaque, nez peau de pêche, raisin blanc, bouche ample-croustillante, charnue pour ce petit corps, ça rafraîchit bien - et ça fait du bien après 8km de footing (:)), on ne peut pas lui en demander trop (comment en demander trop à un petit enfant ? :)), et elle est suffisamment savoureuse pour procurer du réconfort, du plaisir tranquille, moins intéressante que sa consoeur la Stigbergets GBG 2016 / 2020 (3.5 % Edition), et ma note oscillera entre 6,5 et 7...)

Description :  Our first Micro IPA clocks in at 3.5% but packs in plenty of body and tons of tropical fruit flavours. Loads of Strata, Bru-1 and Galaxy push pineapple to the extreme with notes of Grapefruit and pear and passion fruit backing it up. A substantial body is built through careful building of a grist that consists of a base mix of Vienna and Maris Otter and heavily supplemented by super high protein spelt malt and loads of malted and flaked oats. Finally a kiss of sweetness is brought to the table from a light dosing of Caramalt ensuring the juicy character of the hops is accentuated making this a micro IPA an everday drinking tropical bomb.
