Avis : ((nouvelle brasserie irlandaise (commandée en direct de la Pologne (!))... qui va remonter le niveau, j'espère ! :) ("spécialistes" du lambic irlandais (haha (c'est pas commun là-bas !)) et des sour...) (mais "Contract Brewery" : déjà ! quel dommage !!!)) (de la kveik... et des aiguilles de genévrier...) pêche ~trouble, nez campagnard du nord (je le vois comme ça : vraiment "nordic" !), bouche limite moussue, mais énormément cordiale, bien rustique, pure, avec une superbe acidité tranquille, ensemble équilibré, joyeux, et j'hésite avec le 8,5... pressé de goûter leur meilleure (Saison De Coupage, une Farmhouse Ale - Saison, donc pas loin de celle-ci))

Description :  This is a Nordic-inspired ale brewed with Juniper needle infused brewing water and fermented with Nordic Kveik yeast. Brewed back in 2017 for ABV Festival in collaboration with White Frontier. We kegged some of this beer for the event & some other events in 2017.The beer you are drinking now was aged for a further 2.5 years, while we worked away on our other beers. This aged Screaming Tress has transformed from what it was back in 2017. It has emerged from its slumber with a beautiful tight acidity that has transformed the beer. While it still retains the forest pine & savoury notes from the juniper needles. A wonderfully weird & beautiful beer. Bottled March 2020
