Avis : ((un "Modern Barley Wine" qui est un mélange de barleywine et de TIPA !) miel ~trouble, nez mandarine, bouche pleine, agrumée, mais > maltée, on est vraiment sur un mélange intéressant, mais pas extraordinaire, ça fait plus tipa dense que barleywine US, j'aurais mis 8 si ça n'avait pas été estampillé "barleywine"... mais là, plutôt 7,5... mais comme la texture est génialement "compacte" et que les 10%, pour une ipa, sont nickels... peut-être finalement 8, pour l'originalité et l'effort... (c'est le genre de bières "ça casse ou ça passe"))

Description :  We adore the comforting warmth and malt richness of Barley Wine as much as we do the vivid hop expression of a modern TIPA but both elements can also co-exist in fine harmony.The lush citrus and tropical fruit aromatics of Loral, Sabro and Citra hops are given plenty of space to shine in this Modern Barley Wine, while a caramel and honey malt backbone provides structure and balance. The result is vibrant and expressive, yet beautifully smooth and well-rounded.
