Description : Last time we brought you the unique Emmer, now it's time to revisit a known grain to us, Spelt. However this Spelt is nothing like the one we know, it's bulkier, nuttier, unique in taste and texture but low in efficiency.Together with Gyrup we bring you a American twist on a Imperial Stout, again, as last batch, our focus is on malt, hops, water and yeast. This Spelt heavy Stout brings you a creamy roasted base full on malt nutty flavor. To balance out these elements we played around with hop additions, bringing you a more aromatic and bitter beer than you're used from us. Harmony is key. The resinous flavors from Columbus hops dance together with malt richness for a intense lingering hop flavor.
